• Genetic lineage: Crossed from Khyber Pass (Pakistan) with Jalalabad and Kunduz (Afghanistan) lines, selected for mold resistance and resin density. 
• Breeding and origin: Bred on the Humboldt Coast in California’s redwood environment, selecting for resilience to environmental stress and consistent performance.
• Environmental resilience: Highly tolerant to powdery mildew, botrytis, septoria and alternaria, with improved resistance to slug and mite pressure and variable coastal weather.
• Flowering and yield: Was the heaviest producer in the garden in 2025, with dense calyxes and substantial bud weight for an outdoor cultivar.
