In 1962 Vietnamese seeds were brought back from the war to Guadalajara, Mexico, and crossed with the local strain grown in the mountains outside the city.

These were grown as an IBL in Mexico until 1996, when they made their way up to Weed, California. In 2016  they made their way to the coast of Northern Humboldt County.
For the next 7 year, they were selected for sexual stability and thin leaves, on the coast.

The name was chosen as a play on Haze, as people swear it smells the same.

Most phenos finish post November. First harvests in 2025 was on the new moon late November and full moon early December.
Awesome resistance to slugs and mites, and chickens seem to love them.

Pure sativa growth pattern, some phenos throwing spiral growth, and a purple flower menthol pheno comes out now and again.

Mexican leaners tend to have more of a gassy burn, while Vietnamese leaners are complex floral hazy bouquets of indescribable beauty
